What if I don’t hire any of the three builders?
That’s fine. There’s no obligation at any stage. You keep the project guide and all three quotes, and you’re free to hand the guide to any builder you like.
Is the $399 a deposit on the pool?
No — it’s the fee for the visit, the design, the guide and the quotes. When you book a builder through JobSight, the full $399 is credited toward that builder’s project deposit.
Are the three quotes estimates?
No. They’re real, written quotes from vetted pool builders, each priced against your approved scope and broken into the same five lines: site, shell, systems, deck and finish.
