Most people collect pool quotes by letting three or four builders walk the yard, each measuring differently and pricing a different pool. We flip that: one visit, one approved plan, three builders pricing the exact same thing.
The six steps
What happens, in order.
You make two decisions in this whole process: approving your design, and choosing what to do with three quotes. We handle everything in between.

Book your visit
Pick a time online and pay the $399 plan fee. A short form captures what you’re picturing — size, shape, spa or sun shelf, decking, lighting, budget range and timeline. You don’t need to be home for the visit.

We walk, measure and fly your yard
A JobSight specialist lays colored measuring straps across the lawn, then flies the drone. That one calibration photo lets us calculate lot size, usable yard and every dimension in your guide without a separate survey. On the ground we log soil, grade, access, utilities, setbacks and anything that could surprise a builder later.

Your design and scope arrive
We turn the visit into design concepts built from photos of your own yard, plus one written scope of work. Want a bigger shelf, a different deck, the spa moved? Ask for revisions until it’s right. Nothing goes to a builder until you approve it.

Three builders price the same plan
Your approved scope goes to three vetted pool builders. Each quote comes back broken into the same five lines — site, shell, systems, deck and finish — so you’re comparing real numbers on an identical build, not three different pools.

Take up to seven days to decide. There’s no obligation at any stage.

These are the details builders usually guess at, pad for, or discover after the contract is signed. We record them once and every builder gets the same answers.
- Usable yard width & depth, calibrated from the drone photo
- Grade change across the yard and where water collects
- Gate & access clearance for excavation equipment
- Soil samples: topsoil depth and soil type
- Setback markers and visible property pins
- 811 utility flags, septic and well locations
- Existing patio & hardscape — keep, extend or remove
- Fence height & gates against pool barrier code
- Trees & root zones near the work area
- Equipment pad location and electrical run
- Your design interview: style, privacy, lighting, wish list
- Photos of the exact work area from ground and air
